Public Projects

This project consists of the construction of a new classroom addition, approximately 7,000 square feet, connected to the existing school building near the existing gym. The addition will house two new classrooms for anticipated use by grades pre-k to third grade. A new multi-classroom will be added with offices and storage rooms. New single-use restrooms, an ADA shower, a janitor closet, and a laundry room will also be added. A new concession for the tennis courts is also part of the facility addition.

This project consists of the construction and site development for a new 11,642 sq. ft. health clinic to serve Western Lee County, Virginia, for Stone Mountain Health Services.

The project consists of the installation of approximately 49 miles of new aerial fiber in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. The project will consist of the installation of aerial fiber along existing utility right-of-way on existing utility poles. The primary purpose of the project is to deploy a fiber solution that will provide businesses and residents of the project area with broadband services of at least 25/3 Mbps.

This project consists of new underground storm drainage system, connection of existing downspouts to the new system, new asphalt pavement, and revised site grading to ensure positive drainage.

The addition will house two new classrooms for anticipated use by fifth and sixth graders. A new multi-use classroom will be added with offices and storage rooms. New single-use restrooms, an ADA shower, a janitor closet, and a laundry room will also be added.

This project consists of the removal, restoration, and reinstallation of existing bronze doors, (2) pairs, as noted on bidding plan sheets, at the Mercer County courthouse. Includes secure temporary doors with electronic hardware to be installed while existing doors are being restored. Includes the polishing of existing decorative grilles above the existing doors.

This project consists of the replacement of windows in the historic Wise County Courthouse and glass replacement in the later 1979 addition.

This project consists of the construction of brick over sand sidewalk, curb & gutter, drainage improvements, milling and overlay, and associated items.
