This project consists of the replacement of windows in the historic Wise County Courthouse and glass replacement in the later 1979 addition.

Contract I: Consists of the construction of approximately 19,000 L.F. of 6-inch water line, one pressure reducing station, and all related appurtenances along Little Rick Creek Valley Road and Pinhook Road. Deductive Alternate No. 1 includes approximately 8,550 L.F. of 6-inch water line and all related appurtenances along Pinhook Road. Contract II: Consists of the installation of approximately 16,600 L.F. of 6-inch water line and all related appurtenances beginning at the intersection of Route 12 and Woodson Road, to the intersection of Adair Road and along Adair Road.

The project is generally described as the conversion of the softball field from natural turf to a synthetic surface, adding a new video scoreboard, and associated work.

This project consists of replacement of the Line 100W PRV Vault including but not limited to vault with 2 – 12 inch PRVs, 1 – 4 inch PRV, and 1 – 6 inch relief valve and SCADA systems, rehabilitation of the Dry fork PRV vault including but not limited to 1 – 12 inch PRV, 1 – 4 inch PRV, and 1 – 8 inch relief valve, electrical upgrades to the Dry Fork No. 1 pump station including but not limited to an 80KW portable generator and manual transfer switch, upgrades to the Dry Fork No. 2 pump station including but not limited to three (3) hydropneumatics tanks, new variable frequency drive starters, a 20KW portable generator and a manual transfer switch, along with all related appurtenances.

Scope of work includes general interior renovations to the Brinkley Center. Work will include ceiling demolition and replacement, general demolition and construction of new offices and "flex space" and electrical upgrades as shown on drawings.

This project consists of installing new fully adhered EPDM membrane over new insulation on existing roof deck following complete tear-off of existing membrane roof and built-up roof system. Additional work will include replacement of perimeter gravel stop/coping. Some mechanical units may require raising to meet the required clearance for warranty.
