Public Projects

This project consists of the installation of approximately 168 miles of new fiber in Greenbrier County, West Virginia.

This project consists of the installation of approximately 39,000 linear feet (L.F.) of 8- inch water line, a 172,000 gallon water storage tank, and all related appurtenances.

This project for the Town of Pineville will be upgraded as follows: new radio read meters for all customers, New trailer and mini excavator, the repair or replace approximately 25 fire hydrants, install 3 master meters for water accountability, and the replacement of existing 6” line with new 10” line from downtown Pineville toward booster station site on WV Rt 97.

This project consists of the construction of a 26 AC pad, two wet ponds, utilities, and all associated appurtenances within the Wheatland Eco Park.

This project consists of walking paths with lighting, an amphitheater with seat walls, and an events lawn. Work includes grading, erosion and sediment control as well as utility relocation.

This project consists of the installation of a bypass pumping system for leachate, cleaning of one 81' nominal diameter leachate holding tank along with associated tank effluent line and pump station suction piping, replacement of the secondary containment liner for one 89' nominal diameter leachate secondary containment tank at a separate tank site, and all related appurtenances.

This project consists of the demolition of existing concrete sidewalk, construction of seven high visibility crosswalks at various locations including ramps, pavement marking, signs, truncated domes, and associated items.

Contract I: Rehabilitation of sanitary sewer through cleaning and CCTV of approximately 20,500 linear feet (L.F.) of gravity sewer pipe, heavy cleaning as determined, replacement of four manhole cones as well as frame and covers, dig and replacement of approximately 200 L.F. of 6-inch sewer lateral, 200 L.F. of 8-inch sanitary sewer, and 428 L.F. of 20-inch sanitary sewer, approximately 68 lateral launches, and armoring of 30 existing manholes with concrete. Contract I will also include Add Alternate No. 1, consisting of an additional 64,700 L.F. of cleaning and CCTV of 16-inch and 20-inch sewer line, approximately 36 lateral launches, and heavy cleaning as determined. Add Alternate No. 2 consists of the relocation of approximately 690 L.F. of 16” gravity sewer within Levisa Fork, the replacement of two five-foot diameter watertight manholes, and the installation of one new five-foot diameter watertight manhole, along with all related appurtenances. Contract II: Rehabilitation of sanitary sewer through cleaning and CCTV of approximately 3,800 L.F. of 8-inch gravity sewer, replacement of approximately 13 laterals, raising a manhole to grade, nine curedin- place spot repairs, and approximately 10 lateral launches, along with all related appurtenances. Contact II will also include Add Alternate No. 1, which consists of an additional 18,100 L.F. of cleaning and CCTV of 8-inch gravity sewer and heavy cleaning as determined.

This project consists of the construction of approximately 1,800 linear feet of 14-inch gravity sewer, 600 linear feet of 10-inch gravity sewer, 17,000 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer, manholes, sewer service connections, and all related appurtenances.

This project consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 2,020 linear feet (L.F.) of 8-inch and 240 L.F. of 10-inch sewer line with cured-in-place pipe liner; four point repairs; the rehabilitation of 12 manholes; the replacement of 11 manhole cones and frames and covers, the rehabilitation of approximately 960 L.F. of sewer laterals, and the installation of 28 cleanouts, reinstatement of 34 service connections, and all associated appurtenances.
